HERB ALPERT IS...
CRITIC REVIEWS
no wonder that Herb Alpert Is.. is an often-fascinating recounting of his remarkable life. When it drills down on a subject — A&M's artist-friendly headquarters, or Alpert's discovery of The Carpenters and Sergio Mendes — it's great.
ASHEVILLE MOVIES; BRUCE STEELE
You'll probably come away from Herb Alpert Is... not only admiring the man but wishing you were him.
FRANK SCHECK; HOLLYWOOD REPORTER
The story of Herb Alpert is a lot more than a snappy greatest hits collection; it's a deep dive into the agonies and ecstasies that drive profoundly creative people.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Gathr At Home™? +
Gathr At Home™ is an Event On-Demand platform that brings special film events into your living room. Our events feature live film screenings with audience participation, polls, and are often supplemented with a live filmmaker Q&A after the event.
If I can’t make the event, am I able to catch a later show? +
Because of the nature of the events, all screenings are live. Therefore we don’t often have multiple show times. Keep an eye out though, because most events are available for rent on our site afterward.
Does Gathr At Home™ do festivals? +
Yes, we’ve recently partnered with The 48 Hour Film Project, and our platform is limitless in terms of at-home screening capabilities.
Where can I find a schedule of upcoming events? +
You can find a schedule of upcoming events here.
Is Gathr At Home™ right for my film? +
You can schedule a consultation or a walk through of our tech by clicking here.
Can I broadcast my screen to other people who may be interested in watching? +
No. Your ticket allows you to stream on your computer, but not to broadcast. Please email us if you have any questions.
Can I watch it on my TV? +
Yes! Our films can be streamed to a TV via AirPlay on an iOS device or via Chromecast on an Android device. You may also be able to connect your device directly to your TV via a cable.
How do I resolve tech or video problems? +
We find that most problems are solved by doing a manual refresh in your browser (Command + R for Mac users or Ctrl + F5 on Windows). If that doesn’t work, please make sure you have a steady internet connection.
