About the Screening Request Form

How to use this page

First, verify that the location below is the area you would like your screening event to take place. If not, click the "Change location" button to select a different ZIP code.
Next, select the theater where you’d like your screening event to take place. The theaters are first listed in the order of how quickly we can get your opportunity confirmed with our theater partners, and then by how far from the center of your selected area they are located. If you don't see a theater near you, try scrolling down in the list to check those with longer times to confirm.
Lastly, select your date and time. You will not be able to choose a screening date earlier than 5 weeks from the date of your request. We do this to ensure that you will have enough time to “tip”* your screening event. Also, some theaters will not be available on certain dates or days of the week. If you don't see the date you'd like to select for your screening event, try selecting another theater.

Tipping your screening

Remember, screenings are not guaranteed unless enough tickets are reserved (through credit card pre-authorization) before the screening event opportunity’s expiration. Should not enough tickets be reserved in time, the screening event will be canceled and no one’s credit card will be charged. However, if enough tickets are reserved in time, the screening will be confirmed. That’s “tipping your screening”!
